The Blastrac BMC-335ELITE has been used in France for a new type of application. The objective was to make a groove of 10 cm wide and 4 mm deep before the application of a heavy duty resin used when marking lines. The main advantage of pouring the resin at the same level as the floor is to avoid damaging the line markings with forklifts, moving pallets and so on, thus making them very long lasting.
In total, 100 linear meters have been shaved in a dust-free way under -10 degrees Celsius in an industrial warehouse in Le Mans, France. With our BMC-335ELITE, you can easily adjust the working width and the depth in order to suit your needs. The machine has the ability to remove the old line markings while making the grooves for the future “inground” lines. In one operation you actually make two applications: – removal of the old line marking and making the grooves prior to pour the resin in.
