Blastrac Polishing pads

Available in the sizes Ø125 mm, Ø155 mm, Ø185 mm & Ø240 mm these polishing pads are designed to be fitted on most floor grinders and polishers.

The Diamag resin-bond dry & wet polishing pads are used after the use of metal-bond diamond tools for floor polishing. However, in some cases a resin-bond diamond tool can be used as a starting tool on smooth flat floors. To get the best result, you always have to carry out several polishing steps.

The combination of the Supraflex with the Ø125 mm polishing pads is ideal to polish edges, corners and other areas with limited space.

All Blastrac polishing pads (Ø125, Ø155, Ø185, Ø240mms) have the same colour coded system, therefore it makes no difference which grinding machine you use, you also need the
same colour polishing pad.

• Orange | Stap 1 | Grit size 40
  First step in the polishing process
• Black | Stap 2 | Grit size 100
  Produces a slightly finer finish than the previous step
• Blue | Stap 3 | Grit size 200
  Produces a fine finish with a matt gloss effect
• Red | Stap 4 | Grit size 400
  Produces a very fine finish with a low gloss effect
• White | Stap 5 | Grit size 800
  Used for fine polishing with medium gloss effect
• Yellow | Stap 6 | Grit size 1500
  Used for fine polishing with a high gloss effect
• Green | Stap 7 | Grit size 3000
  Used for fine polishing with a very high gloss effect
